Currently holding a position of ICT Specialist in e-Government Fund Management Office of the National Computer Center - Commission of Information and Communication Technology (NCC-CICT) in the Philippines.
A recipient of Technology Management, Economics and Policy Program (TEMEP) and of the International Information Technology Policy Scholarship Program (ITPP) scholarship program at the Seoul National University sponsored by Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) (now Ministry of Knowledge Economy) of the Republic of South Korea. Graduated the Masters degree in Engineering major in Information and Communications Technology and Telecommunications last August 2007.
